I forgot my password. What do I do?
Go to the Log In page and click on “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If you need to cancel/return a product to Affinte, please contact us e at (+852) 2577-6055 for assistance with your return. Returns by Mail: For items that can be returned by mail, we will provide you with a return authorization label. Once the item has been processed at our distribution centers, you will be refunded to your original credit card used for the purchase. Please note that your refund may take up to 15 days to appear on your account once we have processed the return. Returns to Store: Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. Affinite orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local Affinite store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase. invoice (excluding electrical items and shears). Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a Affinite discount code/voucher. Unsellable Product: Product that has been defaced or altered in any way may not be returned. This includes but is not limited to: price tags, stickers or other markings made with pen or marker, and cracked, dropped or broken appliances. Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned. Seasonal Product: Branded Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned. Promotional, Prepack, Intro Kit, and Free Items: For an exchange or refund to be processed, these items must be returned with the merchandise with which they were ordered. Promotional and free items may not be returned by themselves. Make up, make up brushes, combs and brushes: All sales are final.
I did not receive email upon purchase. What should I do?
Customers should first check their junk/spam folder. If the email is not in junk/spam, customers should contact us or email info@affinite.club for assistance. In the subject line of the email, provide customer name, date of the purchase and name of the product.
When do I receive refund?
It could take 2-3 weeks for the refund amount to appear on the credit card account or to receive a check.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDERS TO ARRIVE AND WHERE DOES AFFINITE CLUB SKINCARE SHIP FROM?
International shipment usually takes between 7-21 business days but it varies for each country. Shipment to Hong Kong, Macau usually takes 1-14 days.
We ship from Hong Kong SAR.

IS MY PACKAGE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS FEES AND/OR DUTY TAX?
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination. All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them.
Affinite Club Skincare is not responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

What should I do if I find irritations and allergy after applying the products?
Affinite Club Skincare is cautious in its ingredient selection making sure that they are mild and safe to use. Since skin reactions may vary among different people, we recommend patch testing before use. Stop using and consult your medical professional immediately in the unlikely event of irritation or an allergic reaction. Affinite Club Skincare products are made for topical and external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children.
CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?
We are sorry that we do not offer direct exchanges on Affinite Club Skincare products.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order once it has been confirmed.
If you need to cancel your order, pls email us at info@affinite.club as soon as possible with your full name and order number. We will try our best to accommodate stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN AFFINITE CLUB SKINCARE PRODUCTS ARRIVED WITH SOMETHING MISSING/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
If your Affinite Club Skincare package arrives different from your order, please email us immediately at info@affinite.club. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
Please provide the following information for our confirmation of exchange:
- Order number
- Item(s) to be returned
- Reason for the return
NOTE:
- Customers should bear the shipping cost for returning the item to Affinite Club Skincare and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders and shipments.
- Affinite Club Skincare not responsible for lost or stolen packages, duties and fees required by customs and cannot ship out replacement packages.
- Affinite Club Skincare assumes no responsibility for any mistyped delivery address when an order is placed
- The followings are not eligible for returns/exchange
- Any items reported after 7 days from the date of receiving
- Items being opened or used
- Items having, but not limited to, the trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, stain on packaging,
- Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, damaged packaging, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival
- Items that has no record of purchase on our official website www.affinite.club
- All goods returned without previous notice or in spite of return denial by our Customer Service team will not be accepted

In the unlikely event of irritations or allergies reactions, stop using and consult your medical professionals immediately. However, Affinite Club Skincare is not responsible for any fee for the related medical treatment. We strongly recommend patch testing or consulting your medial doctors before applying our products.
